  • Established and exposed the policy of Board Diversity.

U-Ming has passed the amendment of "Corporate Governance Principles" in May 3rd, 2017, the 16th Board Meeting of the 17th session, clarifying the policy of Board Diversity. The articles are as below:

Chapter 3 Enhance the Function of Board of Directors

Rule No. 11: The diversification should be considerd as the formation of the Board of Directors, and the knowledge, skills, and literacy are commonly needed as well. In order to achieve the ideal goal for corporate governance, the whole Board should have the capability of operational judgement, analysis of financial accounting, business & management, crisis management, industry knowledge, international market perspective, leadership & decision making, etc.
